Eligibility
Platforms provisioning and managing Postgres databases for end users must have an active Neon Scale plan with a credit card on file and receive approval from the Neon team.
Important limits
- The $25,000 general-use credit benefit is for platforms not already enrolled in the Neon Startup Program.
- Paid-tier usage follows Agent Plan rates and limits; sponsored projects receive free-tier resource limits, and project capacity is raised incrementally.
